There's an unnatural flavor that lingers for like half an hour. I'm not sure if it's from the sherbert itself, the packaging, or the box/storage that it was in.
It's nothing like gelato. Gelato to very smooth and creamy with very little air. This is airy like a typical grocery store sherbert.
