Planing on doing hot sauce, superhots komodo dragons, do you have some quantities reference for me? Like how much bell peppers and fruits and onions and carrots with all of does to make the sauce eatable? I have 129 gr. of superhots and planing to add citrus 🍊 and ginger. 1st doing this and will do the fermentation. Thank you!
