We are knocking on the season end door and I can't afford to lose any ghost pod, I have only one plant barring some fruits but only four left that are ripe.. Losing 50% from my harvest of this season is a no-no for me.
1- What's eating my ghosts
2- Are these 2 still edible?

Cut off the bad parts, use your eyes and nose on the rest. Will probably be just fine, at least if you are going to use in a heated dish.
2- yes clean thoroughly and remove any damaged parts — but don’t try to ferment them. (Not sure what you have planned)
1)- I suspect sun scald based on the on on the right in the second photo. However I also notice a dot of fungal infection on the middle stem. If you see a lot of that, especially on leaves. Make sure to remove them and spray with a copper fungicide. Also isolate that plant if you can. If you can’t, and it’s near others that can’t move but aren’t infected, consider removing it all together.Â
Sorry
Whatever was eating them, I bet they are having a bad day. Lol
