I just got back from the farmer’s market and one of the stands was selling these. He said he didn’t know what they were but that “they’re really spicy.”
I’m still learning the differences between all the varieties so I certainly don’t know. My guess was Fresno based off what a different stand was selling a few weeks ago. Also— everyone’s spice tolerance is different, so not sure how spicy they really are just yet. Any help? Much appreciated!
(Planning on throwing one in some salsa and trying my first small batch of hot sauce. We’ll see how it goes.)
