What’s wrong with the leaves? Pest or nutrient deficiency?

Only new leaves seem to be affected, not sure if it’s pest or if it’s something missing in fertilizing? I can’t find signs of pests on it, no mite webs or droppings.

Same thing is happening to my hot burrito pepper plant. I hope someone has an answer because I haven’t been able to figure it out by searching.

my guess is either over fertilization or a mite problem, both cause deformation of new growth in the case of over fertilization this is pretty apparent and usually the first sign but there doesn’t look like any other damage, mites and some other tiny pests also cause deformation often of new growth, maybe puff some seven powder on the new growth see if it helps or any other pest control, and hold on fertilizing as I don’t see any nutrient deficiencies in fact that dark green color tells me they have more than enough nitrogen

  3. For me this was caused by whiteflys they are kinda hard to spot because they fly away when you disturb the plant.

They are white and around 1-2mm long, usually hang out under the leaves. They basically suck the sap which causes deformation, they are not lethal to plants on their own but can transfer diseases.
