I saw you guys talking about the new sauces el yucateco made but never saw them before till today. Thought I’d try it, since I found it.
The sauce has a not intense heat smell to it, smells like spices and something I know, maybe like a slightly different cholula or so.
The heat, it was not fiery death, but bit was respectable. It has a good flow burn and slightly fruity flavor with a spiced flavor to it. I can’t say it was disappointing at all, only thing I feel it could have a more fruity flavor or slight Smokey flavor to round it out.
