  1. It's not that hard to make fire roasted tomatoes. Get a 9×11 pan some tomatoes of your choice. A few bell peppers, a JalapeƱo pepper or two. Seasoning again your choice. Avocado oil then put the pan in the oven for an hour on 350 degrees.

  2. I would probably serve a honey cornbread on the side to break up over the chili instead of rice. It sounds delicious to me. Oh, and I would probably include the whole kernel corn and maybe just a touch of jalapeƱo cheese…G

  3. Have you ever tried a bowl of any chili with a cinnamon roll in the bottom!? I promise you, cinnamon rolls in the bowl, chili and then cheese on the top…. You’ll never eat regular chili again!!

  4. Maaan Brotha AB did you put some chopped celery into that?? Maaan Brotha AB we cook soo much alike. What you are doing ias what I call 'layering the flavors'. I would have added a little red wine to get that fond up. Oh and my secret ingredient-semi sweet chocolate. I thought it was 3 tsp in 1 tbsp. What kind of rice is that? japanese rice or jasmine rice???That's about it. FRESNO OUT!!

  6. This recipe is fire Chef!! I made it and eating it as I type. I even bought one of those pots… lol. I added a lil celery and Serrano pepper for a lil more heat and a couple dashes of the W sauce. Also a lil cumin!

  8. This looks pretty tasty, like all your dishes do. I presently have some venison and chorizo in my fridge waiting to be made into a killer black bean chili. Some green bell pepper, some red bell pepper, a poblano, maybe an ancho, and definitely a chipotle or two. Another thing I like to do is use whole cumin and coriander seed, toast them in a dry pan and then grind them. That's some flavor right there!

  9. Bro! I made this over the weekend and it was fire with everyone who tried it! I did a few things different. I smoked the chicken thighs I added celery corn and jumbo shrimp. But your recipe was on fire man thank you this will be a repeat recipe for sure!!!!! ā¤ā¤ā¤

    I'll have to say, that was THE ONLY one of your recipes that I haven't printed and saved out of the 50 or so that I have tried. Lol!
