I’m getting more and more peach pods than I ever expected, sooo I thought the obvious thing to do was make a peach hot sauce! I made a small batch with 3 brain collapse peach, pineapple, peach and a bunch of other fruit and herbs. I’ve always strayed away from the fruitier hot sauces but I am absolutely in love. The pepper taste along with fruit and herbs is immediately prominent then a nice creeping heat that will get ya. I’m going to make a huge batch soon with the rest and give it to friends and family and anyone else who will take it lol.
