I know these won’t produce this year but anyone have tips in central Florida for keeping the peppers alive till next year?

All my big plants got wiped out from the hurricane so I only have these guys, would like to try and keep them alive so I can get some seeds from them instead of having to buy more 😅

I have a light if I need to bring them inside but I’ll have to setup a lil grow room
