These spicy RICE PAPER chili noodles are INSANE!
✨Recipe:
Rice Paper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 ½ tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tbsp peanut butter
½ tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ tsp chicken bouillon
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp black vinegar
Directions:
1. Wet and stack rice paper sheets together, 3 sheets thick. Cut in strips until you have the desired amount of noodles.
2. In a heat-resistant bowl, add minced garlic, sesame seeds, chopped green onions, chili powder, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Heat up ¼ cup of vegetable oil in a small saucepan over high heat until it starts to smoke then carefully pour the hot oil over the sauce ingredients.
3. Use a spoon to stir the sauce ingredients and oil together. Add chicken bouillon, soy sauce, and black vinegar to the sauce mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
4. Serve and enjoy! 😊

The “AAAH” 😭😭
That groan of annoyance is so reliable
next time maybe cut the rice paper while it's still dry? would that work
Yum 😋
I know the rice paper is edible, but I couldn’t imagine eating something like plastic in my noodles
THERE EDIBLE?
You need to cut it before you soak it in the water and then add some oil to it right after you take it out of the water so they don’t stick❤
I just noticed how you almost sound the same as @ladycuddlesmeow
❤❤luv yo vids
I do rice paper noodles all the time, try using a mega sharp meat knife and don’t pick anything up till the sauce is ready. Cut one noodle at a time, then when you peel them apart immediately transfer to the sauce
did you just eat bubble rap
If you keep them in some lukewarm water while you cut the other rice paper noodles, they get a lot less sticky and easier to manage 🙂
Next time you should probably cut the rice paper before soaking it in water, that should do the trick👍
Ur awesome
noodles with rice? no
why dont u just cut it first before wetting it?
Japan ❤
You can try oiling your hands, the rice paper and scissors next time. And the cutting board.
Makes me think Tteokbokki speaking of you should definitely make it!
what helps is remembering that if it feels like too little water on the rice paper, it’s just enough. a single dip just making the whole sheet wet is key!
