Ravioli | Creamy & Cheesy Recipe #shorts

This Alfredo Ravioli recipe is creamy, delicious, and easy to make. Perfect for a quick and tasty dinner!

Ingredients:
– 1 Package (9-12 oz) Fresh Or Frozen Cheese Ravioli
– 1 Cup Heavy Cream
– 1 Cup Whole Milk
– 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
– 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
– 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
– 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
– 1/2 Tsp Salt
– 2 Tsp Dried Basil
– 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
– Fresh Parsley (For Garnish)
– Roasted Mushrooms (For Garnish)

Instructions:

Cook the Ravioli:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes for fresh, longer for frozen). Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant (be careful not to brown it).
Add the flour and stir for about 1 minute to form a roux.
Gradually pour in the milk and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until it slightly thickens.
Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until it melts completely into the sauce.
Season with salt, dried basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to taste.
Combine Ravioli and Sauce:
Add the cooked ravioli to the Alfredo sauce, gently tossing to coat each ravioli evenly with the creamy sauce.

Serve:
Transfer the Alfredo ravioli to serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and roasted mushrooms.

Enjoy your rich and flavorful Alfredo Ravioli!
