Simple and Tasty Southern Pepper Sauce

Southern Pepper Sauce or Pepper Vinegar? You pick the name. Regardless of which you choose it is just tasty and easy to make. I go over three different ways I have made it in the past depending on what I had on hand at the time. 1. Hi….what is the shelf life on these? Do you keep in refrigerator or just on the shelf? Do you add vinegar as you use it to keep peppers covered? Thanks

  2. Tku ,my neighbor gave me some baby yellow peppers, from his plant .he knows I love heat .
He told me over the top on the heat scale .Just made your sauce .For my collard greens, cabbage, fried cat fish, etc .Tku again !!

  3. Hi what is the shelf life for this? My mom used forever and since she passed I just forgot to ask how long it is good for. The one thing that produced like crazy this year in my little garden pots is the chili peppers

  4. I had 3 pepper plants that I thought were all Shishito pepper that I threw into one big pot. Turns out one was a Tabasco which started the smallest and sickly and ended us taking over the pot and 2 completely non spicy mini bell pepper plants that never got bigger than 18ā€ but gives me non stop tiny mini bell peppers that one out of 20 are hotter than a Tabasco pepper. I wonder if the roots are entangled šŸ˜‚. I’m gonna make this with these peppers coming in now

  5. Took me two times to remember what I was going to ask. I'm glad I watched till you did the dried peppers, which gets me thinking. Would putting a little roast on the dried peppers help get the heat out faster? Also, could you mix dried and fresh, like the dried might get the initial pop. But the fresh last longer?

This is something I'm glad I came across, because for many questions I can just try myself to find out. Thank you for the demo here.

  6. Love the recipes. I always use boiling hot vinegar that way you don't have to poke the peppers. It opens the cells in the peppers for you. I learned this from my grand mother 50 years ago

  7. I’m obsessed with making pepper vinegar and put it on everything. It seems to go so fast though because I use the peppers inside, too 😢
