  1. 61 minutes prior to the premier:

Does using orange bell peppers instead of green ones affect the dish's taste? Really, I have exactly two green bell peppers in my fridge at the moment.

(And also, does anyone have experience with bell peppers? I always end up with bell peppers dishes that are either mushy or harsh (like they're not cooked long enough). What is the solution for this disaster? 😭)

  2. Fantastic video as always. How would you feel about soy sauce or chicken stock in this dish? After adjusting for the salt, of course. Maybe ginger? Szechuan peppercorns?

Personally, I usually drop sesame oil and add hot sauce. I usually drop ginger as well honestly.

  3. I made this yesterday (the same day it was released) and it was SO GOOD. I used regular boneless skinless chicken thighs and it was great. Also added a splash of light soy sauce at the end for some brightness.
