500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For the Sauce:

1 teaspoon ginger, minced
3-4 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 cup water
Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken in batches and fry until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add green chilies, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger; cook for a couple of minutes.
