    another reason not to buy red pepper paste from stores is that it is made in Turkey. Brend name is Sera. I've been looking for similar one made in Armenia but they don't have it.

    this is similar to matbucha…except we make it with tomatoes and peppers a bit of olive oil and a little garlic…it takes a while for the juices to dry out and become a paste…
