I’m always looking for the perfect dish to serve, especially one that’s perfect for seconds! Thatās why Iām sharing this versatile Cordon Bleu recipeāit’s delicious, works great as a main course, and can be paired with other sides or enjoyed as a snack. Give it a try!
Ingredients:
– 1 pc. Whole chicken breast (butterfly cut)
– 1 pc. Maggi Magic Sarap
Season with/ black pepper
– 4 pcs. Chicken ham
– 4 pcs. Melting cheese, sliced
For gravy
– 4 Tbsp. Butter
– 4 Tbsp. Flour
– 2 cloves Garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup Button mushrooms
– 1 tsp. Mustard
– 1 1/2 cup Water
– 1/2 Tbsp. Maggi Magic Sarap
– 1/2 cup All-purpose cream
– 1/2 cup Melting cheese
Season with/ salt & black pepper
Dredging
Egg, season with salt
Flour, season with Garlic powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
Breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
