  1. Close to our recipe we use pueblano or hatch and roasted tomatoes. Make a roux first then add in garlic then everything else. Looks good though I like trying new recipes.

  2. Not how you make green chili that I have ever seen, cumin does not go in green chili, and I have been making green chili for my whole life

  3. Add a can of drained corn too. I use steak. Top with green onion and Monterey Jack cheese! No cilantro for me. Lol I’m ready for cooler weather to fix my hatch green chile stew! From NM! šŸ‘½

  4. If u use hot hatch chilies then no need for Serranos I guess. Looks really good. I also roast my peppers outside to avoid breathing the fumes

  5. I'm a recent subscriber of your channel and this looks GREAT! A guy I used to work with starts his with a can of adobo. Please post more recipes!

  8. That green chilli looks delicious!🤤 It's a shame that most of the rest of the country will never know😶 Seriously. First time I traveled out of CO and hit up a Mexican restaurant!?!

My green chilli won at my family's chilli cook-offšŸŽ‰ I have a large family so I'm proud😊

  9. I've been letting this play while making green Chile and after so many plays it sounds like you said durado when your adding the serranos to the panšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

  10. NOOOOOOooooooooooo. Don't rinse the chilies, that's not pork butt, way too much flour, and why oh why did you add cilantro?

  11. I accidentally touched my face and instantly met the criteria for entering valhalla it was either that or the blood eagle. There was very little difference.

  12. It's better to toast the flour in meat grease/oil like a roux to thicken the chili instead of putting it in to the liquid.
