mushrooms: 200 g (7.1 oz)
salt: 3 g (0.1 oz)
black pepper: 3 g (0.1 oz)
oregano: 3 g (0.1 oz)
cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)

You wasted 3-4 sticks of butter and didnt even brown it with the rosemary or get an even cook.
If youre wrapping it in bacon, just cure the bacon with ground rosemary beforehand and itll impart the same flavors.
