Cauliflower Pepper Fry

Ingredients:

1 small cauliflower

3 medium size onion

2 small tomatoes

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp fennel seeds

A pinch of fennel powder

1/2 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

Oil as needed

Coriander leaves as needed

Curry leaves as needed

Preparation:

🍲 heat a pan with oil. Add fennel seeds and curry leaves

🍲 and then add onion sauté it well. Let the onion cook for 70 to 90% and then add tomato

🍲 saute tomato well and then add ginger garlic paste

🍲 let the raw smell Of ginger garlic paste go

🍲 and then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt

🍲 add coriander leaves and some water and make it into a paste

🍲 once it comes to a paste consistancy add cleaned cauliflower

🍲 Add water and close the pan with a plate a let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes

🍲 and once it it is cooked add pepper powder , fennel powder and coriander leaves

Tats it tasty cauliflower pepper fry is ready
