I love your recepie for ghost pepper jelly, I am definitely going to try making it next year.
Where would I get the ghost peppers from I know you said we could use other peppers but I like the heat of the ghost peppers, I’ve done one jalapeño before and I loved that. Larry
Love the video…. but when you said "that will really heat up my morning" I will pass on this one.
Can you share the measurements?
I actually bought some a few days ago to try it out. But what can I use it for? What would I try it with?
Hi, I'd really like to make this recipe, but I have 2 questions: 1, can i make the jam without straining the chilli pieces out? 2. If straining, do you have any ideas on what to use the chilli pieces for afterwards? Thanks for the inspiration!
why do you strain the peppers out???
What would be equivalent replacement amount if one used powered pectin?
Could you use Stevia or similar low calorie sugar substitute?
Could I use powdered pectin you think?
This looks so yummy 🤤 tks for sharing this recipe with us ☺️
Do you like it ghost pepper hot, or would you rather turn down the heat a bit with my jalapeno jelly (linked in the description!)
Just got a bag of Carolina reaper peppers and ghost peppers from a friend and decided to make some ghost reaper jam. Thanks for the simple how-to!
Frig that. Ghost pepper no way lol. But it looks awesome
How can I make this without having the overwhelming smell and taste of the apple cider vinegar? I made this exact recipe and that is the only complaint!
Why make a video and not add the recipe?
Where is the recipe for how much sugar and vinegar and other things to put in?
just made this and it hot as expected, but im wondering could if i could take a jar of it and render it down in a pan and add some fruit to cool it a little and then re cool it. Would that work?
