  10. Made these today and they were amazing.
    I uncovered after 30 minutes and would do that again. It initially seems like a lot of sauce, but it cooks down nicely. I’d also add the cheese after uncovering.

  11. A few suggestions. Instead of water, use beef stock. Instead of cooking the sausage, use it raw in the peppers. And finally, if you're growing cubanelles in your yard, wait till they turn red to use them, much sweeter. Great video!
