INGREDIENTS:
500g edamame
1/4 cup tahini
1 piece garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
5-6 basil leaves
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
few sprigs cilantro
veggies to serve
DIRECTIONS:
1. Set aside about a tbsp worth of edamame for garnish. Blend the rest of the ingredients (minus the cilantro and veggies to serve) in a food processor for about 2mins
2. Plate and garnish with the edamame, some freshly chopped cilantro, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with your choice of veggies

Can you use frozen edamame beans?
