Welcome back to Cantonese Food Recipes! 🍗 In this video, I’ll be showing you how to make delicious air fryer BBQ chicken wings with a sweet and spicy chili glaze! These wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor.
Here’s the full recipe:
Ingredients:
12 chicken wings (cleaned)
1 tsp salt
White pepper (to taste)
¼ tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 heaping tbsp cornstarch
For the Chili Glaze:
3 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp honey
3 tsp chili sauce
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken wings with salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and olive oil. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Let wings marinate for 1 hour (or up to 2 days for maximum flavor).
Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and air fry for another 10 minutes.
Prepare the chili glaze: mix sugar, oyster sauce, honey, and chili sauce.
Coat the wings with the glaze and air fry at 180°C for an additional 3-5 minutes for a sticky, sweet finish.
Enjoy your crispy, juicy BBQ chicken wings!

Greetings from Canada my Friend🍁 I bought an air fryer this summer to keep the heat down in my kitchen. I will use this recipe for finger food with great delight in my fryer over Christmas. Thank you!
It would be nice if your videos are in Cantonese. My 95 yr old mom likes watching but does not understand English.
