  3. You're never gonna get the same crunch and crispiness from baked as you would fried….scientifically not feasible. Just fry your wings.

  4. There’s just something magical about these early Babish videos. Now that it’s too large and “expertly” produced, it doesn’t feel the same as these early days when it was just Andrew. This video brought tears to my eyes because everything just vibed so well.

  5. Should of put the buffalo sauce first then the lemon pepper after so the buffalo doesn’t wash the lemon pepper off the wings better taste

  6. So if you gotta combine franks red hot and butter to make buffalo sauce, why don't they just do that at the factory and just sell it?
