  1. This man knows exactly what he is doing. That man said dry thyme is a scam. He is so right fresh thyme is the best. Chicken looks amazing 😍🎉🎉

  2. I don't understand sometimes what Jamaicans say: Yet I love to Hear them talk? I don't know if that makes sense! Anyway I plan on trying the recipe, but no scotch pepper in my area.

  3. Trying this definitely as soon as I can find the all spice pods .u don't always get them here in Trinidad in the grocery

  4. Where’s the neck? The best part of the chicken 😉
I like potato starch for crispy coatings. I can never get cornstarch so it tastes cooked.

  5. In your get to know you video, you share that you have not thought about teaching, but as a pass Heart trainee and a present Heart Instructor. You would make a world of difference, Instructing. Your diction is excellent, and your instructions are very clear. Keep on teaching and sharing. Love the lessons. Learning and enjoying

  6. My mouth is watering. My boss is Jamaican and makes jerk chicken when we have a pot luck. I suppose it's spicy for most people but I love spice so it was just right. Sounds like this might be about the same?

  7. I like to marinade in a good quality clip lock bag that way I can suck some of the air out just before closing it and it's easier to check on and give a quick massage too if necessary.
