  1. An improvement of the hot cup of milk, add three red tea bag's to the pan of milk, and boil, take tea bag's out, drink, enjoy, relax.

  2. I tried JO’s dish, and found that one mug of basmati rice does indeed make enough rice to go around. My takeaway from the cleverness offered was that the basmati rice and the fresh yogurt derive from the Middle East and remind me of biryanis, JO employs the sweetness of roasted peppers and the spices of the Spanish sausage, chirozo as the spice palate. That takes us away from the Middle East with a hop over to Spain. Clever, clever, clever and the de facto reason, it seems, why he names the dish simply for a short list of its ingredients. JO offers having a simple green salad with this meal, and again, also reminds me of a typical basmati rice, yogurt and salad plate I once enjoyed at NYU with Islamic students after their Ramadan fast. Badass and delicious. And it doesn’t require any salt!!!

  3. I am a great fan of yours. I used to watch all your videos on the Fox life channel, TLC channel, and now on youtube and I have to say you are amazing. I have tried 155 recipes for making nougat and I couldn't get the perfect texture of store-bought nougat. So I want you to make Nougat and share the recipe ………..please do not ignore this………………

  4. I’ve tried this recipe, and as usual, it was delicious! Now I’m going to make this for my party, just doubling up portions!

  5. The prawn will be overtaken by the chorizo flavour… what a waste of expensive ingredients…

  6. Do you cook the rice in the pan before putting it in the oven or straight in the oven once the water is in?
