Dear friends,join me to make a different style chicken today ,it would be flavourful and less spicy but tangy and zesty.Try Lemon Oepier chicken and give a surprise to your family or friends.Lemon pepper chicken is a tasty and flavour chicken that combines tender ,juicy chicken with bold and tangy flavours of chicken ,aromati kick of black pepper and salt.Seasoned with blend blend of lemon pepper and lemon slices and fresh herbs,chicken is cooked to perfection.

Marinated in yogurt sauce and garlic paste,makes it more tasteful.Often served with rice,chaoary or pasta ,lemon pepper chicken is a refreshing and perfect meal for casual weekend dinners or special occasions.I tried it with chapati and enjoyed my meal the best.

Lemon pepper chicken
Prep time 15 min
Cooking time 30 min
Serves 4

Ingredients

Marinate

Chicken bone cut 500 g
Yoğurt. 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1.2 tsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Pepper. 1 TSP
Haram masala 1 TSP
Lemon juice. 2 tbs

For gravy
Whole spices like
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Cinnamon sticks 1
Cardomom 2
Black pepper corn 8,10

Oil
Salt 1/2’tsp
Corn flour slurry 2,3 TBS
Green chilli 3,4 chopped

Garnish
Green fresh Corriander

Method,
marinate chicken with spices and yogurt.
After one hour,add oil in a wok.
Add while spices, crackle.
Add chicken ,don’t add curd.
Saute chicken and cook for five minutes,until reduced,.add yogurt.
Mix well .
Add a bit water and cover for 10 minutes.
Later,chicken will turn tender.
Add black pepper a tsp.
Add green chillies and lemon slices.
Add corn flour slurry.
Thick sauce will be made.
Garnish with corriander leaves.
Chicken is ready enjoy with naan or chapaty.
