Chili Garlic Seafood with Cajun Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Boil
700 grams – sweet corn (2 pcs)
600 grams – crabs
1/4 cup – ginger
1 tsp – salt
660 ml – lime soda (2 cans @ 330 ml/can)
1 tsp – ground pepper
600 grams – shrimps

2. Saute
3 tbsp – cooking oil
1 cup – garlic
227 grams – salted butter
1/4 cup – spicy chilis
2 tbsp – cajun powder
2 tbsp – liquid seasoning
2 tbsp – oyster sauce
– seafood stock
1 stalk – Chinese celery
– boiled corns + crabs + shrimps
Thickening Sauce (1/3 cup water + 3 tsp cornstarch)
6 stalks – spring onion
garnish with 5 pcs spicy chilis

Cooking Time: approximately 50 minutes
Serving: 3+ people
