Great to see you back in the kitchen! Love pepper sauce! ā¤ļø
I need to learn how to make something like the Louisiana hot sauce. We like very mild sauces, for the taste, but not the heat.
Good morning Jill! Love the bottles. Thanks for the source. Have a blessed day šš
I,ve got these. Do you know the rabbits eat these up? I had to put netting over them. Can,t believe rabbits eat them
Those are really cool bottles. I love serrano in guacamole dip. Well, also in salsa. Hadn't thought to put in beans. Super suggestion.
Hope you guys are getting a little rain. We got some Friday and Saturday finally. God is good. Jesus bless.
Jill, you just blew my mind! š I go through the effort of fermenting my habaneros with garlic and making a sauce from them, then I bottle it up in cute little bottles like you have. This is WAY TOO EASY! I'll have to give this a try for a couple of bottles. And I did enjoy your fun tip of using the steam from the kettle to shrink your wraps. Thanks for sharing this! I hope you're doing well. I am enjoying this weeks cool weather in the 70's and woke up to 44 degrees! I felt like I was in heaven. Take care and God bless! Mickey šš
I have never had it or heard of it before, nut looks really, really good. What and where did yoj find the shrink tubing seal, very nice indeed.
Mornin' Jill. I hope this isn't a dumb question (it usually means it is. lol) can I eliminate the salt? You always post things that are so pertinent and helpful. Hope your back is doing well. All the best to you.
Great idea, I have a ton of hot chili's and didn't know what to do with them to preserve them, beyond dry them. How long do the chili's last in the bottles since they aren't "water canned". I'm not familiar with preserving this way for the long term storage.
Thank you for sharing this idea! I grow jalapeƱo peppers to make hot pepper vinegar. Looking now for those glass bottles on Amazon right now and the wooden skewer tip is great!
Would it be good with jalapenos? Did you get the bottles on Amazon?
You are the first that I have seen this from. How cool.
Jill, this is absolutely remarkable the way you seal those bottles. Theyāre so beautifulš Thank you so much for sharing this. Praying for yāall for the better weather situationš
Would love to see the end result and what you use the hot pepper sauce for. Will it still be a clear liquid or will it end up similar to tobacco sauce? I would like to do something like this in the future.
I love Serranos! I will try this. However, I am wondering how you get the Serranos OUT of the jars afterward?
Very cool! I'm gonna have to order some of those bottles.
Hey Jill š
Great to see your feeling better today ..

Great info! Thanks so much!
My husband used mini bottles to share some of his favorite bourbon with friends. I didnāt grow serranos this year, but will definitely do this with my other hot peppers. As always, thanks for the great tips.
Absolutely love it! My peppers haven't done well this year so I may have to go buy some to do this! Blessings
Hi does the pepperās break completely down into a green sauce or does the liquid stay clear and the peppers still look the same as when you first make them. My sauce has been sitting over a week and the liquid in the jar looks clear and the peppers look the same same. Thank you and God bless ā¤ļø
How would you use it, please show us
Once you use up a good amount of the bottle what do you do to keep the peppers that aren't submerged in the vinegar anymore from spoiling in the bottle?
Thank you! I canāt wait to get my bottles. I will get back to u on how I did.
Not sure why you call it sauce? Spicy vinegar? Looks worth trying.
Looks great but I would have added some turmeric.
Lovely.. my favourite chili pepper
How long will these last on the shelf?
I like your hair style, lady!
How delicious š
How did you knoooow I needed thisssss! Thank you ma'am, so very much. My family will love this. Be well, be blessed!
