One tip I’ve found when making egg rolls with flour tortillas is to make a little “glue” with 50/50 water and flour and putting that on the inside of the seam when you roll them up. Kinda like how you use water when sealing up a wonton when making a dumplings or something. It works great and they won’t come unraveled.

Should have incorporated the cheese in the filling before rolling. Butter wash the final flap of the tortilla and allow it to set up before deep frying… can also pan fry… or oven roast (egg wash the entire outside)
