  1. Hello AB. I been talking to about making chili to my co- workers for about a week now. So I’m not going to over talk it, and make the dawg gone chili. šŸ¤—šŸ„° looks absolutely delicious. Thanks again AB.šŸ‘ŠšŸ½šŸ™ŒšŸ½

  2. You are not my boy AB. Don't get me wrong I love your channel. You have one of my favorite YouTube channels I love to watch. I'm your boy AB

  3. Chorizo, venison and black beans!!! I like Anchos, Poblanos, Anaheims, and the like to add some nice pepper flavor without too much heat. A Chipotle or two can add a ton of flavor as well. One of my "secret" ingredients is baking cocoa! No more than a tablespoon, it adds a nice richness and a touch of bitterness that's just nice and balances out some sweetness. If I want some heat but also some flavor I'll add one habanero. I'm sure you know you gotta go easy on them because a day or two later, it'll be even hotter than when you made it.

  4. I’m in Texas and love beans in my chili! Even the canned chili, gotta have beans. I’m looking forward to trying this

  5. Thank you for the video. Personally for me I was never a big fan of any type of beans. Maybe every once in awhile pork and beans but only when I'm camping

  6. I thought i was the only one who adds cinnamon to chili. Its the secret ingredient!

  7. Walfart used to sell course ground 80-20 beef. now that i have a meat grinder i grind my own, i do like mine to be chunky for chili. but when i make taco filling, i double fine grind the ground beef.

  8. How about a little cocoa powder in this? I'm planning on making this and I usually use cocoa powder. I wonder how it would be?

  9. I love trying different chili recipes and tweaking them to my taste. I'll have to try this for February's Fellowship Meal at church. I love Hatch chilies or jalapenos in my chili, but too many at church find it too spicy. I have a 6qt multi-cooker, which makes chili a one-pot meal. I have to clean the kitchen too.

  10. Do like I do and makes frijoles boracho as a side, then let folks add to the chili if they want to.

  11. Chef AB, just discovered you here on You Tube. Very impressive, Sir! Looking forward to more of your amazing recipes! šŸ‘šŸ¾

  12. Gonna make chili tomorrow I love the beans in mine too who want meat and sauce not me more wholesome wit beans..and saltine crackers haha…

  13. Thank you for using dark red kidney beans. Been eating them all my life in chili. Small tip: straining the grease isn’t always necessary. A lot of that steam being released is water. When your ground beef is just about done, pull it off the heat and give it a good stir to release the moisture. Some grease is not a bad thing

  14. Looks good Big dawg…so Corn muffins or corn chips..damn…but maybe Some Worcester sauce on the ground beef that's what I would have added..But once again you did your thang!ā¤
