  1. This is authentic chili and this is WHY Texans (like myself) insist that real chili doesn't have beans because this is how it is made. BEANS are on the side with some good tortillas and rice.

  5. Hey Kent. I'm really struggling right now my friend. I just found out my brother who is only 43 has two large masses on his liver and one on his esaphagus. The Dr is sending him to an oncologist tomorrow to find out if its cancer and what stage. He has a 17 year old daughter and a 3 year old little boy. Please pray for him and send prayers his way. We really need all we can get right now. Thank you, love you brother

  6. I’m one of those people that believe chili should have beans in it. Looks tasty but I’d have to put beans in it. I love your channel. Such a kind man great cook.

  7. Your iron skillet is a thing of beauty! Looks just like my grandmother's. I'm 70, so it was definitely antique. Unfortunately my older brother claimed it. I told him it's mine when he kicks the bucket. Lol! We have a sense of humor. Glad I found your channel. Saw your write up in Epoch. Mashed the Subscribe button!

  8. This was a beautifully shot video! A pleasure to watch and learn. You're a good man, Kent!

  10. Apart from the mains subject of your videos, I always loved your B-Roll shots, and this episode is so much more, if you know what I mean… cooking in the falling snow. Very cool!

  12. I just made this recipe at home and it was a hit! I had to use a pressure cooker due to time but the flavor was awesome, meat melted. Was asked to make again!

  13. Next time you make this exact same recipe, add some beans, nopales and onions to it. It makes a completely different dish but so good
