  1. This is what I bought a "food processor" for….. not trying to insult, I'm just saying
We all have our preferences as to how we do things but I can assure ya…..
You stick to your way, I'll stick to mine and I'll SHOW YOU THE FASTEST WAY !

  2. 0:37 dirrrrrrty fingernails disqualify you from teaching people how to cook!!! Clean those hands or go make food for the animals in the barn!

  3. This is a great technique for culinary aesthetics, but with as much as these peppers cost, I'm going to eat everything except for the stem and seeds. Cut in half from the top, remove stem and seeds. And literally just pull them out with your fingers

  4. Great information. I have some green peppers that I was going to cut up. I’m gonna try your way. Thank you for posting.

  5. Thank you! I ddint do it very well an dcut off too much of the top but I still kinda did it 🥲 also I'm rlly glad the vid is quick and easy and doesn't explain too much but explains enough and shows it really easily

  6. I think this to be a better method of cutting up a bell pepper than other ways I've seen, Thanks!

  7. I challenge you to look up Gordon Ramsey's short video "how to cut a Bell Pepper" He demonstrates an even easier and faster method. Done in way less steps, no faff.

  8. Bro I appreciate the shortness and conciseness of this video so much. I've been cutting the top off then reaching down with a really thin knife to try and slice off the rind parts that hold the middle in. And then trying to hold it together while slicing horizontally across the entire thing instead of lengthwise like you just did.

I cooked them differently so I prefer rectangular pieces over strips, but you're still going to save me so much time with the simple step of cutting the top and bottom off first and then stretching it out lengthwise I'll be able to cut all the white rindy part off that I don't like very easily rather than having to do it about nine separate times on every separate piece.
