INGREDIENT & PROCESS
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Onion 1 tbsp
Green chili 2 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
Oregano to taste
Chili flakes to taste
Mix well
1 capsicum
Gram flour 1 cup
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Thick batter
Coat with flour
Dip into gram flour mixture
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown

We in Bangalore call this Capsicum bajji or capsicum bonda. It is a very popular evening snack, especially in monsoon or on chilly days.
These are deep fried, of course…not " toasted" 😉
