Ingredients:
900g chicken cuts with bone (small to medium size washed & dried)
Aromatic Spices: Coarsely ground
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp green cardamom (6-7)
1/4 tsp cloves (6-7)
1 tsp black pepper
1/4th of a nutmeg
1 small blade of mace
1 tbsp dried desiccated coconut

400g thinly sliced onion to fry (this will make 1 cup of birista)
Grind birista coarsely
Qorma Prep:
2 cup fresh yogurt
6-7 green cardamom
6-7 cloves
1 tsp regular red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder for colour
4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste – I missed to mention in the video 😉 🤭🤭🤭😉🤗
1 & 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1 cup cooking oil (neutral non-flavoured)
2-3 tsp Kewra water or 2-3 drops of kewra essence

1kg chicken with bones
1 cup fresh yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
4 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick

3 green chilies

2 tbsp roasted chana or 2 tbsp roasted besan
1 tbsp poppy seeds or 1 tbsp white sesame seeds (country where I live poppy seeds are banned)
1 tbsp dried rose petals
1 tbsp dried desiccated coconut

handful of fresh chopped coriander leaves
