PREPARATION 1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well. 2. Add 60 grams bell pepper, 40 grams onions, 30 grams tomato and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add 2 teaspoons ketchup, 2 teaspoons red chilli sauce and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and cook for 1 minute. 5. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Remove it from heat. 6. Garnish with green spring onions. 7. Serve.
