  1. Protein does not get you this. There eating burgers. Don't believe the hype. Grafting, hard work does. You really want to bulk keep eating 2,3 day a week calories. Then you can't move you have strength. Kk ride a bike balanced diet ✌️

  2. Most of what you’re eating is carbs… yes a lot of energy but you need to be extra active to burn those calories.
