A popular Chinese-inspired dish! Here’s a simple recipe for okra paper salt ( ladies Finger )
Ingredients
– 250 grm okra ( ladyfinger)
= For Marinate
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup cornflour
– 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
= For sause
– 3 clove garlic slice
– 3 green chilli slice
– 1 onion chopped
– 1 tablespoon chili sauce
– 1 teaspoon vinegar
– 1/2 black pepper powder
– Chopped spring onions and coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions
1. *Prepare the marinade*: In a bowl, mix together okra flour, cornflour, water, b, salt, and black pepper.
2. *Deep-fry the okra *: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated corn until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
3. *Prepare the sauce*: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, chopped onion, and green chilli. Stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
4. *Add the sauces*: Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar. Black pepper powder, salt , and Stir-fry for about 2 minutes,
5. *Combine the fry ladyfinger and sauce*: Add the fried okra to the sauce and stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes, until the okra is well coated with the sauce.
8. *Garnish and serve*: Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
