Irony is when creators who have great knowledge and expertise in aurveda donāt get that much recognition than people who just mix stuff and fool people in the name of āhealthy foodā. They will promote everything accept ayurveda. For example: Satvic movement Channel. They promote Raw Veganism which is very harmful practice for our body that too in the name of ayurveda. These so called dhongi yogis get recognition but people like her, fit tuber etc donāt get that much recognition. Itās very sad to see poor people fall into this trap.
