Parmesan Burger
6 Oz Ground Beef
1 Oz Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1/2 tsp Steak Dust (or seasoning below)

Steak Seasoning
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1) Add half the parmesan and ground beef into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined or about 30 seconds. Form into a hamburger patty and season both sides with your seasoning.
2) Set the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the remainder of the parmesan onto it in a circle. Place this into the oven for 5 minutes. Let rest.
3) Sear the burger on both sides over medium high heat for 1 minute in total. Place into the still hot oven for 8 minutes.
4) Remove the burger from the pan and top with the parmesan crisp

Cajun Smothered Meatballs
12 Oz Ground Beef
1 1/2 tsp Gator Bite Cajun Seasoning (Or cajun seasoning of your choice, recipe below)
1 1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
10 31-50 Shrimp, chopped
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Chopped Parsley (optional)

Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Taco Sloppy Joes
Bun
1 Oz Pork Rinds
3 Eggs
1 Oz Cream Cheese
4 Oz Cooked Ground Beef
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Sloppy Joe Sauce
6 Oz Ground Beef
3/4 tsp Taco Shake (or taco seasoning below)
3 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
4 Oz Sour Cream

Burger Salad
6 Oz Ground Beef, Cooked, Salted and Refrigerated
1 1/2 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 1/2 Oz Sour Cream
2 Small Pickles, Diced
1 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1 pinch Black Pepper

  12. I have often wondered if the recipe for parmesan balls could be modified to make a larger ball to use as a bun…. but I have been scared to try as it would be a waste of parmesan if it doesn't work….egg whites, no biggie, but parm…..$$$$$

    The sloppy Joe's can kind of pass for biscuits and gravy.

  14. I surrendered. After watching the bun recipe I finally bought kindle version of your three books and baking rings for the buns. It’s going to be easy now with not searching you tube save list for one of your recipes.
