Spicy Chili Recipe You’ll Crave All Season Long! #Chili

This steak chili is our go-to comfort food on rainy or cold days. While we enjoy different chili dishes, this is the one my kids always request when the weather turns. I love using big chunks of steak—like a beef stew in chili form—for a hearty, flavorful bite.

For the best flavor, focus on browning the first side of the steak to develop a rich fond (those flavorful brown bits on the pan). Avoid moving the pieces too soon—let them sear undisturbed until they release naturally.

Serve your chili with white rice or cornbread, as shown in the video. We keep our cornbread less sweet, but for a touch of sweetness, pair it with honey butter.

Enjoy every bite, and let this hearty dish warm your home and soul!
