  1. I love watching your videos 😊. That last recipe for the egg and cottage cheese casserole, I knew it as “no name eggs” 😆

    Besides doing it as one big casserole, I experimented and put it in a muffin tin so that it was already portioned out and it was a shorter bake time.

  2. I love these recipes, such great ways to add protein!😘
    Adding cottage cheese is a great way to add protein but you don't have to tell people who don't like it that it's in there.
    I used to prepare 5-6 weeks of lunches over a weekend and freeze them in individual containers. The containers were color coded for the different entrees.
    Since I started work at 7:00am and drove an hour to work, I started making breakfast too.
    I had smaller containers for breakfast and I cooked a protein with potatoes then soft fried an egg and placed it on top. I heated it up when I got to work and when I broke the egg on top, it was a magical moment with the first bite of everything!😚
    I also love the pancake you made! I can't stand long enough to make a stack of pancakes 🥞 so the idea of making one big one is a great solution! All you need is some warm syrup and butter to pour on top!🤤

  3. Omg your oatmeal looks good but what a sugar bomb!! it may be high in protein but there are way too many carbs of which it makes this meal unhealthy ugh
