Welcome to my channel. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:

FOR MAKING SHITO WITH DIED HERRINGS
1kg of dried Herrings & pound
4 big onions
1 big tuber of ginger
10 cloves of garlic
1tsp of cloves
1tsp of calabash nutmeg
10 grains of selim
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 cup of green pepper (Kpakposhito)
Some cooking oil
1 can or Tube of tomato paste
1-2 tsps of rosemary
4 Tbsps of chilli pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
some water
