  1. Great video, thank you. I love meal preps. Would it be possible for you to make a meal prep video for muscle building (high calorie, high protein but still kinda healthy)?

  2. Another great recipe, and looks so easy to cook. What I love about this one, much like your other chicken and potato one recently, is that I'd totally add some vegetables to it for some extra vitamins and fibre, which will go well with the protein and carbs. Thanks Chef. šŸ™‚

  3. I’ve recently started buying whole chickens to save money on groceries, can you show what meals you would make from the different parts using overlapping ingredients?

  4. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

  5. Jack ovens I will be making them without the chili sauce and I will also be making a nice and tasty wheat-free barbecue sauce with ancho chili in the sauce

  6. I love this idea to try for supper one night for my family! I can do spicy for the ones who like that and not spicy for the rest. I would do a baked potato personally for meal prep tho. Not a fan of microwaved fries lol.

  7. Nice recipe Chef Jack. It’s been very hot hasn’t it? The air fryer is better for chips I think. Tasty recipe and love that you remind us that if we don’t like/ can’t eat chilli it is optional. I think it could be just as flavourful without it. Love the new Macro cards on the side of the video. Your joy at your food always makes me smile.

  8. Hey Jack I love this one, again potatoes and chicken very cheap and I LOVE chilli, definitely making this this weekend! I know in a broken record but would still appreciate a vegetarian video or even vego alternatives as you go along.

  9. Looks dynamite, love how you can take a couple of ingredients to make something that looks so good!

  10. Something ive been asking for quite awhile is the tsp on the screen. Thanks Jack. Before every time you would say "3 grams of onion powder" id have to scroll down. See the tsp and then go back up. Press play again. This is so much easier.

  11. i love my chicken salt, tho i never buy it from the shops as i buy it from my local takeaways as i find it tastes better than the ones found in Wollies and Coles
