Ingredients:
1. 4 Red Potatoes
2. 1 Yellow Onion
3. 2 Ears of Corn
3. 3 Cloves of Garlic
4. 1 Tomato
5. 2 Morita Chiles
6. 2 Arbol Chiles
7. Bay Leaf
8. Oregano
9. Cumin
10. Lime
11. Salt and Pepper
12. Vegetable Oil
13. Cilantro
Instructions:
Cut the onion, potatoes, tomatoes, and garlic. Remove the seeds from the chiles. Sauté the potatoes onion, and chiles until the onions turn clear.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, and bay leaf, and cook for one minute. Then, add water and the remaining spices.
Bring to a boil for five minutes. Then turn down to a simmer for an hour.
Serve with a free squeeze of lime. Enjoy
