✅Ingredients:
-3 Tbsp Maida
-1/2 Tbsp Salt
-1/2 tbsp Red chili Powder
-Gobhi
-Oil
-Green Chili, Garlic, Onion, Capsicum, Ginger
-1 Tbsp Soya Sauce, 2 Tbsp Sechzwan Sauce , 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
-1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder
-Corn flour for slurry

✅Steps:
1️⃣ Boil Gobhi, Drain & set aside.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix 3 Tbsp Maida,1/2 tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp red chili powder, add boiled gobhi nad mix well.
3️⃣ Deep-fry mixed Gobhi until crispy & golden brown. Set aside.
4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, onions, red chili powder,black pepper powder and capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
5️⃣ Stir in soy sauce, Schewan sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt & black pepper. Mix well.
6️⃣Add the fried gobhi to the sauce, toss well & cook for a minute until coated evenly.
7️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Enjoy your crispy & spicy Gobhi Manchurian! 🥦✨
