Very helpful thank you, your explanation is very clear 😊
Uziza seeds and black pepper are very different species though they belong to the same 'piper' family. Thanks for the detailed video.
Thank you very much i will try it
Please house is uziza and black pepper the same?
Jollof rice, or noodles prepared with suya can give orgasm.
I make this without the kajiji and maggi cubes. Still turns out fine. My daughter loves it. Well done.
Nice one. However, black pepper is totally different from mkpuru uziza or uziza seed. They are not the same and taste differently too. Knowing the smell of uziza will help you differenciate both. Thanks so much for the update will definitely give it a try
Never knew kanafari and iyeere are different until I watched this video😢. Thought iyeere is cloves seed without the sticks
Negro pepper is called Eéru
Eru
Such a lovely presentation. Thumbs up.
That looks like iru in Yoruba
Welldone! But uziza is Aligator pepper not black peppercorn. Uziza has a root stem coming out of the bottom and a bit smaller than black peppercorn. ❤Cheers.
Thank you
❤
Is the kuli kili compulsory? I want to use my yaji for cooking and to add taste after cooking

Thank you for sharing this with us
I want to use it to start a business

Uziza seed is different from black pepper.
The negro pepper is called " ẹrú ,"
Lovely video.
Do you have a recipe for Ayamase dry pepper mix?
If u make it without kajiji, it will turn out fine but not great. Kajiji is the secret ingredient that gives that authentic Hause yaji taste that hits differently.
Madam please how do you make yagi without kulikuli
Kimba in Yoruba is Eru.

Kimba(,Africa negro pepper)
Yoruba called it ERU
This is a very nicely put together 'how to' video, I love it! I have been working on making suya marinade from scratch, watching this has helped particularly the part where you have explained why it is important not to use peanuts to replace kuli-kuli. I had always wondered why…now I understand 🙂
Wait, isn’t kajiji used to make turaren wuta/bakhoor?!
