INGREDIENTS
2 pieces squid
salt
Whites from 2 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup flour
cooking oil, for frying
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
1 green finger chili (siling pangsigang)
1 small red bell pepper
ground black pepper
spring onions
