Recipe:
1- Wash 1 cup of sabudana 2 to 3 times and soak it in 1/2 cup of water for 3-4 hours.
2- Add 1 cup of water to the soaked sabudana and blend it into a smooth paste.
3- Grated 2 boiled potatoes and added sabudana paste, along with 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, rock salt to taste, 2 chopped green chilies, curry leaves, 1/3 cup yogurt, and chopped coriander leaves. Add water as needed to make a thick batter.
4- Heat a tawa, lightly grease it with some ghee, and spread the batter on it. Cook one side for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes.
5- For vrat wali chutney:
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Ginger 1/2 inch
Green chili 2
Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
Curd 1/3 cup
Sendha namak to taste
Lemon juice
