This videos a mess. oh well.
Heres the ingredients.. kinda:
aprox 2 cups cooked quinoa
1 Can Veggie broth
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1/2 can corn
2 cans diced tomatoes
about a 1 cup of chopped onion
a crap ton of minced garlic
2 bell peppers of your choice
about half a can of tomato paste
2-3 TBS of chili powder
2 TBS cumin
1 TBS paprika
a pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Play around with the seasonings because everyone and every toddler is different lol
